Step1. Greetings


T(teacher): Class begins!

Ss(students): Stand up!

T: Good afternoon, boys and girls!

Ss: Good afternoon, Miss Bai!

T: How are you? Ss: I’m fine, Thank you, And you?

T: I’m fine, too. Sit down, please!

Step2. Warm-up.


(1)An English song: I can see a rainbow/

T: Now, let’s sing a song:

I can see a rainbow.

Ss: sing together and do the actions.

T: Thank you.

(2)T: Look, what colour with my dress?

Ss: It is pink. T: Very Good.

T points to Lucy’s blouse.

T: What colour is it?

Ss: Its blue.

T Excellent! T point to the desk.. T: What colour is it?

Ss: It’s yellow. T: Great!

Step3. Activities.


(1)A game:

A. T: Today, I introduce a new friend to you, Look!

Hello! (T shows a brown bear to the students.)

Ss: Hello! T: Glad to meet you! Ss: Glad to meet you ,too!

T: Listen! I am a brown bear. I am your friend.

You can ask some questions to me.

Now, you please!

Ss: What is your name?

T: My name is Bill. Ss: How old are you?

T: I’m one. Ss: what colour is it?

T: Listen! I am a brown bear.

Ss: Glad to meet you Bill.

T: Nice to meet you, Rose.

Listen, I ask a question. You should answer it.

What colour am I?

Lucy: brown. T: very Good, Lucy! Come here. You’re a teacher.

Lucy: One two begin, brown, brown (point to the brown)

T: Thank you! Another teacher ,You have a try!

Tom: One two, begin, orange , orange (point to the orange)

T: Thank you, last one. This colour .(point to the brown)

Jenny: One, two, begin, brown brown (point to the brown)

One, two, begin orange orange.

T: Thank you. You’re clever, too.

B. Teacher plays the computer.

T: Let’s watch TV.

Ss: Look and listen.

T: Please read after him.

“Brown, a brown bear. A brown monkey.”

All students read together.

T: Let’s practice. Pair in pair.

小组间自由操练,各小组长采取点答、抢答,开火车进行练习。

C: Teacher checks it. Use this game.

T and students: Litter train “wu wu wu”. One , two, begin!

T: This group, one by one! What colour is it?

(Teacher point to the brown bear. Very good! You please! .)

S1: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S2: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S3: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S4: It’s brown.

T: Great! Thank you!

T and students: Litter train “wu wu wu”, One two, begin!

T: You please. What colour is it?

S1: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S2: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S3: It’s brown. S1: What colour is it?

S4: It’s brown.

(2)T: Let’s watch TV. What colour is it?

Ss: Butterfly. T: Yes, it’s a butterfly. Please read after her. (A lovely butterfly, a little butterfly.

T: Read together. Louder please!

Teacher shows a green and red butterfly.

Teacher ask:What colour is this butterfly?

Students come to the front, be a teacher.

T: What colour is it?

Helen: It’s green and red.

T: Excellent. You are a teacher, come to the front.

Helen: One two, begin! It’s green and red.

All students read after Helen.(老师将红绿相间的蝴蝶贴在黑板上)

Teacher shows a pink and blue butterfly.

T: The two butterflies what colour is this one?

Bob:It’s a pink and blue butterfly.

T: very good! Thank you. You are a teacher. Never mind! Come here!

Bob: One two, begin! It’s a pink and blue. (Read after Bob.)

T: Show a brown and yellow butterfly. What colour is it?

Jack: It’s brown yellow.

T: Yes? Who can help him?

Lily: It’s brown and yellow.

T: Yes or no? Ss: Yes!

T: Jack, what colour is it?

Jack: It’s brown and yellow.

T: You’re clever. You’re a teacher. All students read after him. (老师

将黄褐相间的蝴蝶贴在黑板上)

Teacher asks, all students answer it together.

(3) Today we will learn a new song: “A butterfly”

T: Stand up. Read and do the action. Follow me!

(5)All students are listening to an English song and singing this song together. They should do the actions.
