Step1. Greetings

(1)An English song: I can see a rainbow/

Ss: sing together and do the actions.

Ss: It is pink. T: Very Good.
T points to Lucy’s blouse.
T: What colour is it?
Ss: Its blue.
T Excellent! T point to the desk.. T: What colour is it?
Ss: It’s yellow. T: Great!
Step3. Activities.
(1)A game:
A. T: Today, I introduce a new friend to you, Look!
Hello! (T shows a brown bear to the students.)
Ss: Hello! T: Glad to meet you! Ss: Glad to meet you ,too!
T: Listen! I am a brown bear. I am your friend.
You can ask some questions to me.

Ss: What is your name?
T: My name is Bill. Ss: How old are you?
T: I’m one. Ss: what colour is it?
T: Listen! I am a brown bear.
Ss: Glad to meet you Bill.
T: Nice to meet you, Rose.
Listen, I ask a question. You should answer it.
What colour am I?
Lucy: brown. T: very Good, Lucy! Come here. You’re a teacher.
Lucy: One two begin, brown, brown (point to the brown)
T: Thank you! Another teacher ,You have a try!
Tom: One two, begin, orange , orange (point to the orange)
T: Thank you, last one. This colour .(point to the brown)
Jenny: One, two, begin, brown brown (point to the brown)
One, two, begin orange orange.
T: Thank you. You’re clever, too.
B. Teacher plays the computer.
T: Let’s watch TV.
Ss: Look and listen.
T: Please read after him.

All students read together.

Teacher shows a green and red butterfly.
Teacher ask:What colour is this butterfly?
Students come to the front, be a teacher.
